In her 36 page book, Schrader seeks to combine components of compatible glass to create more realism in fused glass. She uses sheet glass, frit, powder, heat manipulated stringers, thin strips of glass, confetti and pre-made pieces to create a range of projects, which increase in diffculty towards the end of the book. Projects include: making miniature flowers, waterlilies and dragonflies; and projects featuring moonlight landscapes, jellyfish, dichroic fish, blue herons, ponds, grapes, sunflowers, desert scenes, and tropical treasures.
