A simply stunning book from one of our favourite glass artists and academics.

Keith Cummings is a British glass artist whose work appears in public and private collections around the world.  He retired from his position as Head of the Glass Department at Wolverhampton University in 1994, but remains at the University as a reader in Research Studies.

This book provides a much needed global survey of artists putting kiln-formed glass techniques into practice. Published in 2009, it provides an overview of the contemporary scene, showcasing the work of about 50 international artists, and includes information on their making techniques and statements by the artists. It is beautifully illustrated in colour, and offers a wealth of information and exciting work to both inspire and enlighten.

This book is an excellent companion piece to his earlier work - now completely revised -'The Techniques of Kiln-Formed Glass'. We would not be without either of these wonderful works!
